- Girls in grades 6-8
- 6 Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm.
- Exploration of mathematics and open-ended questions with TU math faculty and math students
Registration is open for the winter quarter starting on January 15, 2019.
TU Hurricane MathFest:
Saturday, March 9, 2019
9 am-12 pm
- Morning session is open to school teams of 4 girls each in grades 3-5 division or grades 6-8 division.
- Afternoon session for high school students–boys and girls–in team category or individual competition.
Prizes will be awarded.
Math Kangaroo International Math Olympiad
Worldwide event on Thursday, March 21, 2019
Time of the exam at TU is 5:00-6:15 pm
This contest is open to BOYS and GIRLS in grades 1-12.
Prizes and state and national recognition are awarded.
Registration open until December 15, after which the fee goes up for late registration.
A fee of $21 is charged, but financial aid is available.
