Educators: Join us for an engaging workshop to prepare for the upcoming solar eclipse in April! Over the course of this fast-paced three-hour PD, participants will be immersed in hands-on activities which illuminate why solar eclipses occur, best practices for viewing solar eclipses, parts of an eclipse, and more! This workshop will be facilitated by the NASA Oklahoma Space Grant Consortium.

Who:
Open to any Oklahoma PK-12 formal and informal educators.  
 
When:
Saturday, February 24 from 9 a.m.-12 p/m.
 
Where:
TRSA’s Siegfried STEM Learning Lab
2nd floor of the Tandy YMCA at 5005 S. Darlington Ave, Tulsa, OK 74135
 
Cost:
Completely FREE! Participants will receive a $75 stipend for full attendance. A light breakfast will be provided.
