Planning for successful mentorship startup.

• As summer starts, the mentorship IR is entering a planning phase. Acquiring feedback from current programs, and hoping to identify best practices. Setting ourselves up for a quick and successful start to the school year in August.
• Identifying data processes that we need to set-up for a successful and measurable year in mentoring.
• Starting a newsletter to form a STEM mentoring community across all initiatives.
