Strategic Planning of Resources Vs. Impact

• The STEM mentorship team spent 2 hours defining our IR’s vision and mapping current and upcoming mentoring initiatives in terms of resources and impact. With the understanding of limited capacity, how do we maximize our impact with the mentoring programs we carry while staying true to our vision and mission as an IR.
• Sustainability is a large question that looms. Moving our programs towards being sustainable in the years to come. Which programs would continue without our support?
• Starting a newsletter to form a STEM mentoring community across all initiatives.
