• Defined Mission statement: The Communications Innovation Room will act as a facilitator for growth for the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance by strategically communicating and engaging the community to mutually support a collaborative and regionally based STEM ecosystem.
• Defined Goal: Develop and implement an effective and efficient communication framework that supports the mission.
• Identified top 5 constituents (audiences) to communicate to: Funders, Schools, TRSA Internal, Community, and Government.
