DCAR works to identify stakeholders and reporting requirements.

• Identified all the stakeholders who might want data from TRSA.
• The team worked to develop a “wish list” of data that TRSA would like to collect across all initiatives, that will then be pared down to achievable and sustainable goals.
• Next the team will work on identifying the data that is most needed and identifying the source and processes for data collection.
