Communication Goals Established – Discovering Tactics

  • Great meeting on 2/25/15 – focused on 2 main target audiences: Funders and Consumers.
  • Understanding how a funder meeting would go and the materials / resources that would be need. Focused on a Tactics Wheel that demonstrates the offline and online methods of communication.
  • Team decided that in order to move forward we need to understand the complete focus of TRSA. Team needs understand resources, such as the Baltimore STEM Landscape report and other STEM Alliances.
