Led by Dr. Martha Parrott of Northeastern State University, teachers in this extensive, multi-day institute will discover exciting ways to empower students with mathematical freedom while putting down deep roots in research-informed best practices for teaching mathematics.
Workshop Dates:
Instructional Leaders Cohort: June 1-2 with follow-up days September 30, 2023 and February 3, 2024
K-2nd Cohort: July 10-11 with follow-up days October 14, 2023 and February 17, 2024
3rd-5th Cohort: July 17-18 with follow-up days October 28, 2023 and March 2, 2024
6th-8th Cohort: July 24-25 with follow-up days November 11, 2023 and March 30, 2024
Accepted applicants are expected to attend both full days in the summer and both follow-up days in the fall and spring. Please do not apply if you are unable to attend all session dates for your chosen cohort.

Open to current K-8th grade teachers and K-12th grade instructional leaders in the Tulsa metro area.

Cost:
FREE! Tuition, materials, and lunches are all included. Teachers will receive a $300 stipend upon full attendance and submission of any deliverables.
