• Work has been done to create a living project charter that members can view to understand the work being done.
• Project charter includes a background on the project and project leads, the purpose and goal of the initiative, as well as a list of the assumptions and risks associated.
• Document will continue to be reviewed and modified as we approach the new calendar year and potential initiative kick off.
