Hello. My name is Levi Patrick, and I’m excited to introduce myself to you as the new Executive Director of the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance. I just wanted to send a quick note of appreciation to all the families, educators, and community members out there who are working day in and day out to ensure that our kiddos have the best access to powerful and inspiring STEM education. It’s really a goal of mine to listen in and learn about what you’re working on and what your hopes and dreams are for our community as I take on this new role. So, if we haven’t had a chance to meet, I’m a former math educator. I was working at the State Department of Education for nearly nine years as the Director of Secondary Mathematics and Computer Science, and most recently, I’ve been working as the Assistant Deputy Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction. And my wife Rosyln and my daughter Ruby and I are thrilled to be moving into the Tulsa area, and we look forward to being your neighbor. So, we have a lot of good work to do together, so let’s keep it up, and I hope that we’ll find time to have a chance to chat in the near future. Until then, have a good one.
