Members Observing Night
Join fellow Astronomy Club of Tulsa members for an evening of observing, astrophotography, collaboration, and conversation under the stars.
Members’ Observing Nights are typically scheduled near the New Moon, when darker skies provide an ideal opportunity to work on personal observing projects, practice astrophotography, explore the night sky, and learn from fellow astronomy enthusiasts.
Members are welcome to bring their own telescopes or enjoy views through equipment set up by other members. New telescope owners are encouraged to ask experienced observers for tips and guidance to get the most out of their equipment and observing experience.
Family members and friends are welcome to join you for the evening. Please ensure that minor children remain with a supervising adult.
Sunset is expected around 7:37 p.m., and darkness follows quickly.
