Our approach to achieving this vision is rooted in our theory of action, built at the intersection of three core audiences: youth, educators, and ecosystem partners. We strategically engage these audiences through three key levers: in-school, out-of-school, and professional learning experiences. Every initiative we design has a focal audience and lever, while always accounting for the interconnectedness of the full STEM system. We know that lasting systems change doesn’t occur in isolation; it requires coordinated action, guided by the design principles of thriving ecosystems and informed by emerging needs and insights.
Youth
We are here to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators, explorers, and dreamers. Our programs, events, and competitions offer exciting opportunities for students to dive into the wonders of STEM, discover their passions, and unlock their true potential. Through hands-on experiences and engaging activities, we aim to spark curiosity and ignite a lifelong love for learning.
Educators
We understand that teachers are at the heart of nurturing young minds. That’s why we provide educators with the support and resources they need to create dynamic and enriching STEM learning environments. From professional development workshops to access to cutting-edge teaching tools, we are here to help educators inspire the leaders of tomorrow.
Families
We believe that families play a vital role in a child’s education journey. Our family-centered initiatives aim to involve parents and caregivers in their child’s STEM exploration. Through family STEM nights, at-home activities, and interactive events, we build a strong support system that fosters a love for learning and discovery in the home.
Community
STEM doesn’t just happen in isolation; it thrives in a collaborative community. We are dedicated to forging strong partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and mentors who share our passion for nurturing young minds. Together, we create a network of support that fosters creativity, innovation, and shared learning experiences for all.
Our Strategic Plan
A strong foundation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics is essential for the future of our youth and the strength of our community. To guide our work, we engaged in a comprehensive planning process—listening to educators, partners, families, and community leaders to better understand the needs of students across our region.
The result is a strategic plan that focuses our efforts on building a thriving, collaborative STEM ecosystem. Together with partners across Oklahoma, we are working toward a shared vision: a community where every student is inspired by STEM and prepared to succeed in a STEM-driven world.

Our Impact
We bring together educators, industry, nonprofits, and community organizations to expand access to meaningful STEM experiences across Oklahoma.
Our work focuses on three key areas of impact:
- Youth: Connecting students to hands-on learning, competitions, mentoring, and career exploration that build curiosity, confidence, and belonging in STEM.
- Educators: Supporting teachers and informal educators through professional learning, classroom resources, grants, and recognition programs that strengthen STEM instruction.
- Ecosystem: Building a statewide network of partners—schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations—working together to increase opportunity and accelerate progress.
