Program Manager — District Support, Professional Learning, & Curriculum
Full Time | $50,000 – $55,000
Position Description
Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance is seeking a collaborative, partnership-driven leader to serve as a Program Manager for PK–20 Educator Support. Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, this role leads district-facing work through the design, coordination, and scaling of high-quality professional learning and instructional resources — with a content emphasis in computer science and mathematics.
The ideal candidate brings a commitment to systemic instructional improvement, a talent for building trust with school system partners, and the ability to assess educator needs and co-design professional development that moves the needle on student outcomes. Comfort with data, project management software, Excel, and Google Suite is essential.
