Program Manager — Out of School Time (OST) & Data Systems
Full Time | $50,000 – $55,000
Position Description
Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance is seeking a collaborative, systems-minded leader to serve as our Out-of-School Time (OST) & Data Systems Program Manager. This role coordinates badge pathway development, supports partner training, and manages data systems that help track, celebrate, and improve youth engagement in STEM across Oklahoma.
The ideal candidate brings a strong commitment to equity, comfort with both relationship-building and analytics, and experience using tools like Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Airtable, and Canva.
