M4 Your Way Training

November 14 at 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Free

Bring the fun of Me & My Math Mentor (M4) to your school or organization with M4 Your Way, a flexible model designed to help students in grades 3–8 build foundational math skills, confidence, and enthusiasm through hands-on games and meaningful mentoring relationships.

M4 Your Way gives schools and community partners the flexibility to bring M4 into their own spaces in ways that work best for their students, whether through classroom activities, after-school clubs, Family STEM Nights, or other learning experiences.

Apply to participate in M4 Your Way Facilitator Training on Saturday, November 14, from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM at the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance offices, located on the second floor of the Tandy YMCA at 5005 S. Darlington Ave. During this professional learning experience, participants will:

  • Learn about the M4 program and strategies for engaging students in math games and learning.
  • Explore ways to build effective mentoring relationships through M4 Your Way, including opportunities for PTA volunteers, peer mentors, community partners, and others to get involved.
  • Develop a plan for implementing M4 Your Way at your school or organization.
  • Commit to hosting at least 8 M4 Your Way sessions each year, reaching approximately 30 students, and participating in monthly virtual check-ins.
  • Leave with a fully stocked M4 Game Cart to support M4 Your Way sessions at your school. One game cart is provided per school.

Applications close Monday, November 2, at 9:00 AM.

Space is limited. Apply today to bring M4 Your Way to your students!
