The Heart of “Together” and Our New Partnership Model

Can you feel that buzz in the air? It’s March, and I’m feeling that familiar sense of renewal and fresh starts. Here at Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance, that feeling is amplified by the exciting developments in our partnership model. I wanted to take a moment to share what’s been happening, and more importantly, why it means so much to me.

I’ve been reflecting on what makes TRSA so special. It’s not just about the programs or initiatives; it’s about the heart of our community. It’s about the feeling of connection, of shared purpose, and of knowing that we’re all in this together. That’s why we selected “Together, We Create Possibility” as our value statement. That belief has driven us to refine our partnership approach.

We remain committed to ensuring that our programming and resources are always free and accessible to anyone in the community—because expanding STEM opportunities for all is at the core of our mission. But we also know that real change happens when we come together with intention. That’s why we’re inviting organizations to take the next step: to formally join us as partners in this work. Becoming a partner isn’t about exclusivity; it’s about making a commitment. It’s about standing alongside others who share this vision and being recognized as an official part of the Alliance.
