Who can use this partner promotion form?
This service is open to all our valued partners actively involved in STEM education initiatives.
Where will my initiative be shared?
The nature of the initiative you submit and the requests TRSA receives will impact how effectively we can promote it. Here’s a breakdown:
- Events
Events will be featured on our Partner Calendar and included in our monthly newsletter, adhering to the shared deadline. - Community Resources
Resources like grants, scholarships, competitions, or career planning guides will promptly find a place on our website. - Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer opportunities will be communicated to our volunteer pool through regular updates. - Social Media Exposure
We’ll make an effort to showcase your initiative on our social media platforms as capacity allows. This may involve sharing a post directly from your account or featuring it in a themed post alongside other similar updates, such as upcoming professional developments or STEM scholarships. This content may also be shared in our partner resource groups on Facebook.
Do initiatives have to be offered at no cost?
Not necessarily. While TRSA is dedicated to equitable access, we understand some events may have fees. Include details about any scholarship or accessibility programs.
Do you only promote projects in Tulsa?
We promote initiatives supporting educators and students in northeast Oklahoma and beyond.
Can I submit multiple opportunities?
Absolutely! Please use a new form for each event or initiative to ensure we collect all the necessary information.
What are the terms and conditions for participation?
Review our terms to ensure your promotion aligns with our mission and standards.
“I attest that this information is correct and give permission to TRSA to use this for promotional purposes. This includes contacting TRSA should significant changes to the program details occur. I understand that submission does not automatically guarantee promotion and is subject to availability, dependent on other priority content.”
Please note that TRSA will prioritize our programs first, then any partner programs offered at no cost.
What happens after I submit my promotion request?
Upon review and subsequent approval, your STEM initiatives will be showcased across our expansive network. Expect a confirmation email promptly, and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process, typically within one week.
Events will be prominently featured on our website calendar, included in our newsletter, and highlighted on social media, contingent on available space. Other resources and initiatives, such as grants, scholarships, and competitions, will be shared through social media and showcased on our website, where appropriate.
How do I invite TRSA to attend or participate in my event?
