Strategic Plan
Recognizing the critical importance of a strong foundation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics for the future success of our youth and the vitality of the Tulsa community, we undertook a significant, multi-month initiative to deeply understand the evolving educational landscape and the specific needs of our students, educators, and families. This extensive process directly informed the creation of our new strategic plan, a forward-thinking document that will guide our efforts to achieve our overarching vision: a thriving, collaborative, and inclusive community in Tulsa that is powerfully powered by a STEM-capable ecosystem.
For the next five years, we, in close collaboration with our valued partners, hold an ambitious aspiration: that every student in Tulsa will be inspired by the wonders of STEM and fully prepared to confidently navigate a STEM-driven world. This renewed strategic focus provides a clarified and energized approach to inspiring and equipping our youth with essential STEM knowledge, strengthening the skills and resources of our dedicated educators, and fostering meaningful and enduring partnerships across the diverse fabric of our Tulsa community.
